This story began in 2011 with a simple promise: build websites that actually move the needle. Over the years we delivered website and branding design, development, and SEO work for businesses of all sizes, continually refining how we plan, build, measure, and optimise.

Along the way, we brought together two strong brands Kiwi Website Design and IdeaX, in their prime each known for their craft and care. In 2025, we unified everything under a single name that reflects our outcome-first philosophy: Click & Convert.

This shift reflects their commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. KWD’s commitment to staying ahead of the curve continued in 2020. Recognizing the growing importance of mobile technologies, they strategically expanded their service offerings to include mobile app development and custom software solutions. KWD’s story isn’t just about exceptional service; it’s also about innovation. In 2016, Omar and Anna co-launched their first SAAS product, Ezymigrate. This game-changing CRM solution catered specifically to New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisers. Ezymigrate’s impact has been significant, streamlining the visa application process and contributing to the processing of over 500,000 applications to date. This entrepreneurial spirit positioned KWD not just as a digital marketing agency but as a company that actively builds solutions to address specific industry needs.

Planting the Seeds of Digital Transformation

In 2011, with a passion for empowering small businesses, Omar embarked on an entrepreneurial journey from a small office in Mt Eden. KWD was born with a clear mission: to bridge the digital divide for small businesses. Back then, navigating the online world was a challenge for many. KWD stepped in, offering website development services – the cornerstone of any digital presence. Their focus wasn’t just on aesthetics; they crafted websites that were functional and effective in driving conversions. Recognizing the growing importance of online advertising, KWD also started managing Google Ads campaigns for their clients. By 2015, their expertise had translated into building over 100 websites and managing over $500,000 in ad spend, propelling hundreds of businesses towards digital success.
